You may park in the parking structure adjacent to our medical building on Olympic Blvd. We are unable to validate parking.  If you park on Olympic Blvd., please make sure to move your car before 3:00pm as it will be towed away.

We are open Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00 pm.

If you need to reach us after office hours for urgent matters, you may call us and our physician on-call will be paged automatically and will return your call at his earliest convenience.  For all non-urgent matters, you may call the office and follow the instructions or you may email us.
